HOW DO I ORDER A CAKE?
You can now place your cake order on our website right here! You can order our Signature Cakes, one of our To-Go Cakes and even one of our Customizable Designs. If you’re looking for something a bit more custom, including fondant work or wedding cakes, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the date you’d like your cake for, the number of guests you’d like it to serve, the flavour you’d like, budget and include any design inspiration photos. From here, our team will work with you to create the cake of your dreams!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER A CAKE?
To book one of our cakes from our cake gallery please contact us at least a month before your event. Sooner is better especially during peak wedding season from April to September. Our weekends fill up fast so please order in advance. *Please note that we can take on last minute order requests, so please indicate that in your email inquiry.
If you would like to order a wedding cake, please contact us for more information by using the Contact Form. Include the following in the message: Date (approximate), Inspiration Picture, Location (venue) and Decorator. *Please note that peak wedding season is from April to September and we can book up to two years in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
To order any of our Signature Cakes we ask for payment in full upfront and for wedding cakes we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due one week prior to your event date — if not received, your order may be cancelled. Changes to order design and quantity cannot be made if your order date is less than two weeks away.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist to the best of our ability in making changes to your order date and time when possible. All deposits are non-refundable. For standard cakes: We reserve the right to retain the deposit and offer to hold the credit for up to 6 months from the pickup date for any unforeseen circumstances.For wedding cakes: We reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit in any case. We offer to hold the credit for up to 12 months from the pickup date.
HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT THE CAKE?
To ensure your order arrives in mint condition to your location, these are our driving tips:
Make sure your car is cool with AC on high.
Don’t make any sudden turns or stops.
Transport the cake on a flat surface — ideally the trunk and not a seat.
Hold the cake from the base only with one hand placed flat below.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING CAKE COST?
This is a rough estimate: a 3-tier wedding cake with fresh flowers is between $450-500. There is also a minimum charge of $100 for delivery and set up.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order from our commercial kitchen in Cloverdale. Address will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. *Please note that once the cake leaves our possession we are not responsible for what happens on the transportation journey
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
Signature Cakes can be picked up from our commercial kitchen in Cloverdale or be delivered at a service charge of $35 within the Surrey area. The pickup address will be included in the Order Confirmation email should you request. If you need delivery in surrounding cities, a higher fee will be charged depending on the exact location.
CAN I SEND YOU A DM ON INSTAGRAM TO PLACE AN ORDER?

SHOULD I REFRIGERATE MY CAKE?
Yes, absolutely! Your cake should be stored in the fridge or a cool dry place until it’s ready to be served.
DO YOU OFFER NUT FREE CAKES?
Our products are not allergen free. Allergens includes (but are not limited to) dairy, eggs, wheat and nut products.
